(2025/09更新)：由於糖果官網已經掛掉，用戶已經不能再透過官網抓取網域轉移編碼，所以以下範本有所更新。
因應最近收到大量客戶查詢從糖果主機(Sugarhosts)搬遷網域查詢，以下是我們跟客戶共同測試出來可行的方法。

搬遷的條件
糖果主機的網域註冊上游廠商主要是 1API 以及 PublicDomainRegistry(以下簡稱PDR)，用家可以透過WHOIS網站查詢，例如 https://whois.domaintools.com 。
假如網域上游廠商是 PDR，就我們了解，糖果後台還是可以把網域解鎖以及取得轉移編碼(EPP Code)然後把網域正常遷出。但我們也有收到求助個案是轉移編碼不對，這個部份還是需要聯絡PDR處理。
2025/07/25更新：PDR的網域可能中間夾着另一間下游Resell.biz，建議先透過PDR確認再聯絡Resell.biz
如果從WHOIS看到網域上游廠商是1API，網域也許會因為解鎖失敗導致不能遷出。
如果按「取消註冊商鎖定」之後顯示「Not supported by this TLD」代表解鎖失敗。遇到這個情況，還是有機會把網域轉移出去，不過「最好」符合以下條件
1. 網域還未過期
2.當初註冊網域時，輸入的「聯絡資料」都是真確資料(例如你的名字，或者公司名稱)
3. 還有重點：先把網域轉移編碼複製下來到自己電腦或手機
4. 關於轉移編碼 (EPP Code) 部份，可以在網域公司(例如Namecheap)先測試是否真的有效，如果編碼無效按「Verify Auth Code」會打叉。
聯絡1API解鎖
用戶可以在1API的官網提交查詢 。訊息內容可以參考以下範本，但請注意，訊息是假設你已經有嘗試聯絡相關廠商而他們沒有任何回應，所以請斟酌使用。
2025/07/25更新：有客戶報告成功透過這家廠商取回1API所有網域的轉移編碼，兩家廠商網站底部都有顯示「Team Internet」。
2025/09/05更新：有客戶回報Key System 回應比較慢，建議可以聯絡1API。如果網域在PDR註冊請聯絡 support@resell.biz 。

I am writing to urgently request assistance with unlocking my domain, (你的網域名稱). The current status of my domain is clientTransferProhibited which is locked.
Unfortunately, I have been facing significant issues with your reseller, Magic Particle Limited (aka Sugarhosts.com). I tried to ask them about domain unlock for a long while but still no response yet. I did research on some of WordPress communities and noticed that I am not the only one got the domain issues from sugarhosts. So I hope you can provide help to proceed the domain unlock and please let us know if there is any document proof required (such as ID, passport, company proof….etc).
What we asking for
1. Domain unlock
2. Retrieve auth code / EPP code of domain from your side.
If I do not receive a proper response from your side within the next three days, I will be compelled to file a complaint with ICANN. This action will express my concern that 1API does not qualify as an ICANN-accredited registrar.
I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.

後續上游廠商可能需要你提供以下文件證明你是網域的擁有者(不管他們有沒有要求取得，也建議先準備)
- 繳費證明
- 個人：身份證以及護照複本；公司：營業登記複本
- 盡量在糖果後台截圖跟網域相關的，包括繳費單，服務到期，聯絡資料，解鎖失敗等截圖
